Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before course access is granted.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and approved online payment gateways.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a strict refund policy to maintain the integrity of our course delivery:
Full Refund (within 7 days): Students who cancel within 7 days of enrollment may receive a full refund, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
Partial Refund (within 14 days): Students who cancel between 7-14 days of enrollment and have accessed less than 25% of the course may receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds (after 14 days): No refunds are issued after 14 days of enrollment or if the student has accessed more than 25% of the course materials.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [Support Email] with proof of enrollment and payment.
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for non-completion of the course due to personal circumstances.
No refunds for discounted or promotional enrollments.
Technical issues related to a student’s internet connection or personal device do not qualify for a refund.
